Description
Role Overview:
The Senior Business Analyst will lead business analysis for Customer Experience and Service-related initiatives with strong involvement in ERP, MRP, and APS workflows. This role requires deep business process understanding, strong data/analytics skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure successful solution delivery. The individual must be able to communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with stakeholders to understand and define business needs related to Customer Experience and Service operations.

Analyze and document business processes, workflows, system interactions, and data flows.

Lead requirements elicitation and translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Support ERP integration efforts and ensure alignment between operational processes and system capabilities.

Collaborate with Data & Engineering teams to design and validate reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions (Power BI preferred).

Interpret data using SQL and business intelligence tools to support decision-making and solution recommendations.

Work effectively in Agile Scrum teams, participating in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT.

Communicate complex technical topics in a simple, structured manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Influence and drive outcomes across teams without direct authority.

Maintain business analysis artifacts and contribute to continuous process and methodology improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:

7–10 years of Business Analysis experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, or Operations domains.

Strong understanding of ERP / MRP / APS processes and data structures.

Hands-on experience with SQL and BI/analytics tools, especially Power BI.

Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Databricks and AWS.

Proven ability to lead requirements and strategic discussions across business and technical teams.

Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Solid knowledge of Agile delivery and working in cross-functional Scrum teams.
