Level III - 5+ years experience needed
Manager's Update:
- This role more as a Business Analyst/Systems Support role who has worked on maintain and support pricing system
- Must have exp. with large data sets, formulas, and MS Excel
- They have an option for level II & III. (Level II requires 3+ & Level III requires 5+ Years of experience)
- Must be familiar with pricing systems or activities
- This position is falls under international pricing team
- Minimum educational qualification: AS/BS/MS
- This person needs to do the hands on support on pricing as per the client needs
- Must have exp. with some sort of business data
- Prior data validation & verification exp. would be helpful
- There is no industry preference but regulated industry exp. would be considered as 1st preference
Location: - Mettawa, IL - Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 remote
Contract: 6 months - support for short term project - based on performance and business needs

Title: Business Support Specialist
Job Summary:
- The international pricing excellence team is responsible for maintaining systems and tools in compliance with the current pricing policy as well as being a central hub for pricing and reimbursement data to help drive decision making.
- This role is responsible for supporting our pricing systems through issue resolution, data verification, enhancement testing, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track systems help desk tickets submitted and resolutions
- High level trouble shooting and issue investigation
- Collaborate with Business Technology System (BTS) function regarding issue resolution
- Provide status updates to the business team on issues & enhancements
- Verify/test system fixes
- Provide system operations support to keep business decisions workflows active
- Conduct system verification to ensure accuracy of prices and monitor general health of the systems including but not limited to:
- Running price validation reports comparing internal and external data sources
- Verify pricing information is flowing through adequately with other internal systems and platforms.
- Consolidate and report back observations back to relevant internal stakeholders to assess need for further actions or improvements.

- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
