Must Have

• Acute visual sense of color. (Be able to achieve a "Superior" score on the Munsell Hue Discrimination Test
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Skills for documentation
• A passion with the skills to facilitate collaboration
• Collaborate with Designers to understand the aligned design Intent.
• Drivers License and Transportation between local vendor, Cincinnati General Offices (Downtown) and Mason Business Center
• Fluent in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel for the purposes of documentation.
• he ability to provide articulate actionable feedback in relation to color development, this could stretch into technical feedback.
• Positive approach to problem solving (timing, technical problem, gaining alignment)

Nice To Have

• Integrated knowledge of color science and material science. (how colorants work in plastic and the molding process)

• This role will partner with technical, business and brand experts across multiple design disciplines including graphic, industrial, innovation, digital, fashion and more to balance consumer needs with technical constraints and manufacturing processes.
• Whether it s aiding in refreshing a brand, crafting a new 3D shape for an iconic brand, or designing a new app, design is at the heart of meeting the needs of today s consumers.
