Description
On Site
Shift hrs: 7am-3:30pm
PPE- safety glasses and safety toe shoes
- Extract and analyze data from SAP and other sources to produce weekly reports:
- On-Time Delivery
- Backlog and Capacity
- Sales Order Backlog
- Planned vs. Confirmed Manufacturing Hours
- Inventory Research
- Maintain shared Excel workbooks and update from emails, SharePoint, MS Project, and meetings.
- Enter and manage data in Team Guru for management reporting.
- Partner with Continuous Improvement team to support PFEP (Plan for Every Part) implementation
- Host meetings (Teams/In-Person) to gather inputs and refine processes.
- Support AI/LLM test planning initiatives.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- SAP or ERP system experience preferred
- 4-year degree or 4+ years relevant experience
- On-site role (minimal hybrid flexibility after onboarding)
