Description:

Seeking a digital marketing contractor with experience in email marketing and general digital best practices. Seeking an individual with strong attention to detail who can quickly understand our current brand standards, portfolio of products and digital footprint and make a strong positive contribution to help manage our email schedule, templates, updates and sends.

  • Marketo Calendar Management process improvement and performance share out
  • Compiling incoming content into brand compliant email templates and work closely with the Marketing and Digital team on necessary changes and updates
  • Generate weekly reports on email campaign performance
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of email campaigns and recommend tactics to improve and optimize email campaign performance to increase KPIs and lead generation
  • Upload lists, build and maintain Smartlists, test and deploy email sends
  • Develop and maintain documentation for email processes, A/B tests, and promotions
  • Understand the regulatory and approval process for med device marketing materials
  • Support tradeshows from a digital standpoint, including employing best practices, helping to align across franchises/divisions and reporting
  • Ability to build new HTML templates in Marketo desired

Desired Experience/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
  • 5+ years of digital experience, especially in marketing.
  • Experience creating and executing digital strategies/content development and email
  • Experience with marketing automation (Marketo)
  • Experience working with content management systems (and experience working with technical team members (i.e. business analysts, IT and developers) to execute web projects.
  • Experience executing analytics projects or working in close collaboration with an analytics team (knowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics preferred).
  • Possess thorough understanding of the digital space as it relates to: principles of digital customer experience/UX design, management of digital assets including taxonomy, meta data; social media; paid search and SEO best practices.
  • Requires deep practical knowledge of these tools, concepts and methodologies within a regulated industry, preferably Medical Device or related healthcare sector.
  • Global experience preferred
  • Curious to explore new technologies and test for success.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and educate others
  • Strong proofing and editing skills within the digitally focused environment including the ability to create shareable content.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Flawless attention to detail; highly organized.
