Description

Duties:

Responsible for providing a variety of administrative support functions within the HR department including, but not limited to general reception for all visitors; various administrative task such as typing, filing, data entry, data/records management and inventory and supply management

 

Skills: 

  • Responsible for customer service to all visitors that includes greeting customers, referring them to the appropriate members of staff, answering the phone,
  • routing calls, taking messages and assisting customers with their specific questions.
  • Performs the day-to-day maintenance of various HR related tasks such as, but not limited to maintaining record system in compliance in compliance with state
  • and federal regulations including other regulatory agencies, benefit enrollment, employment verification, leaves, subpoenas, data entry of employee
  • information, , tracking information, assisting staff with specific requests and assisting employees with general information requests.
  • Supports all daily records functions including filing, retrieval, and auditing - ability to file in chronologic and alphanumeric order, and protect the confidentiality
  • of patient and organization information through effective controls of records
  • Protects all records through the implementation of control procedures for all open and closed records and forwards copies of records to authorized users
  • according to existing department and hospital policies.
  • Works in collaboration with other HR staff to ensure information flow and secure positive operational results within the department

 

Education:     

  • Associates degree preferred.
  •  Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR or SPHR) is a plus.
