Description
Remote Position with 25% travel required to Foster City, CA
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- The ideal candidate will bring strong operational discipline, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive complex projects from concept to execution.
- Pharmaceutical or training experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in new hire onboarding—ideally for sales representatives—is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the lead project manager in end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple business functions.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource needs; maintain accountability for on-time, on-budget results.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Operations, HR, Commercial, Medical, Legal) to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, dashboards, status reports, and risk/issue logs.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure project success.
- Facilitate meetings, ensure clear communication, and drive resolution of open issues.
- Support change management, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement plans as part of project rollout.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a corporate environment, with demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and navigate a matrixed organization.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals or training is preferred but not required.
- Experience in new hire onboarding, especially for sales representatives, is preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Degree and Twelve Year's Experience

- Associates Degree and Ten Years Experience
OR
- Bachelor's Degree and Eight Years’ Experience
