Digital Graphic Designer

Client is seeking digital designers to support the Creative Content Studio and our portfolio of Fabric Care brands.

  • This designer will collaborate closely with other digital and print-trained designers, as well as business and marketing partners.
  • In today’s evolving landscape, digital designers must embrace change and thrive in a flexible environment with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • The ideal candidates will quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and consumer trends, translating that agility into fresh, impactful digital static and motion graphics content.
  • We require designers who are hands-on craftsmen and creative problem solvers, possessing mastery in digital design and a keen eye for detail.
  • You will create a diverse array of assets for e-commerce sites, social platforms, and mobile optimization, ensuring that each piece aligns with brand guidelines and performs seamlessly across all platforms.
  • You will work closely with NA Fabric Care Designers and cross-functional partners, building new skills, experimenting with innovative approaches, and enhancing your expertise in how design influences business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and develop high-quality digital assets for e-commerce platforms (PDP tiles, banners, on/off-site media) and paid/organic social content.
  • Translate brand guidelines into digital environments with precision and consistency.
  • Optimize creative assets for platform specifications across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and DTC websites.
  • Collaborate with senior designers, brand managers, and marketers to fulfill project briefs.
  • Execute design iterations promptly based on feedback while maintaining high quality.
  • Organize and version-control design files, libraries, and assets effectively.
  • Stay informed on emerging tools, AI-powered workflows, and digital best practices, applying new insights directly to projects.
  • Utilize AI tools to generate creative ideas, modify content assets, and create adaptations for various platforms.

  • Mastery of Design Tools: Proficiency in the Figma Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), as well as working knowledge of motion graphics applications (After Effects, Premiere, Cinema 4D).

  • File & Workflow Discipline: Competence in managing multiple projects, maintaining structure, and meeting deadlines.
