Phlebotomist

The PSR II serves as the frontline representative to patients, providing high-quality specimen collection and exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for drawing accurate blood samples (including pediatric and geriatric), preparing specimens for testing, verifying patient information, and maintaining a safe, professional, and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection following established procedures.
Verify patient demographics, obtain signatures, and ensure proper labeling.
Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards.
Deliver excellent customer service while creating a trusting patient experience.
Support multiple locations with flexible availability, including weekends/holidays.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area.
Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).
3+ years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary draws.
Strong customer service and data entry skills.
Reliable transportation (personal vehicle only).
Consistent attendance, punctuality, and ability to complete full shifts.
Must live within 20–25 minutes of the worksite for same-day coverage needs.
