The PSR II serves as the frontline representative to patients, providing high-quality specimen collection and exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for drawing accurate blood samples (including pediatric and geriatric), preparing specimens for testing, verifying patient information, and maintaining a safe, professional, and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection following established procedures.

• Verify patient demographics, obtain signatures, and ensure proper labeling.

• Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards.

• Deliver excellent customer service while creating a trusting patient experience.

• Support multiple locations with flexible availability, including weekends/holidays.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area.

• Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

• 3+ years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary draws.

• Strong customer service and data entry skills.

• Reliable transportation (personal vehicle only).
