Job Description:        

• We are seeking a seasoned SAP Data Migration Lead with extensive hands-on expertise in SAP BODS , SAP S/4HANA Cloud (RISE 2023), and legacy ERP data migrations — ideally from Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) or similar SQL-based systems.
• The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end Data Migration workstream, driving strategy, execution, validation, and reporting for large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs. This role demands both technical depth and leadership experience managing global teams.

Key Skills: Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex migration programs involving multiple legacy ERPs.
• Strong expertise in S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (Must Have) and staging table-based migrations.
• Hands-on understanding of key S/4HANA migration objects: Business Partner, Material, BOM, Hierarchies and other DM Objects.
• Experience building data validation and reconciliation frameworks using SQL, BODS, or reporting tools.
