Description
Monday - Friday roughly 4 hours per day. Open to alternate schedule that aligns with Procurement Technical Manager's schedule.
Job Specific Duties:
Working closely with our Procurement Technical Manager on the following tasks:
- Filling in IRMIS approval database data gaps
- Analyzing the P11 data and comparing with current IRMIS approvals to highlight the gaps.
- Systematically working through the gaps, requesting documentation from suppliers, filling out the approval forms
- Material price updates to outline agreements via PIA app
- Working with supply chain colleagues and supporting with collecting data for Arkestro (required properties, packaging, site requirements, etc.)
- Developing a document with all relevant packaging information at the site location for all purchased materials. Confirming which products go into the specialized locations.
- Uploading pdf line cards into a database of supplier offerings to make it searchable to find offsets.
- Highlighting similarities between EC and ECT portfolio for category review
Ideally we need someone who is technically savvy and who is good at working with data. Microsoft Office products and SAP experience would be beneficial. This role is located at the Southfield, MI location.
- CLIENT Wyandotte is seeking a talented Supply Chain Co-Op student who loves a challenge.
- The Co-Op Student will support Chemical Engineering Research (CER), the premier piloting and small-scale production facility in North America.
- You will collaborate with managers, suppliers, and technicians to realize the sharing of knowledge and standard methodologies. Under the close guidance of the Material Planner Manager,
You will:
- You will adhere to all CLIENT Safe Work practices, maintaining excellent area housekeeping
- Support safety program through participation and suggestions
- Support the commercial production? support business critical requests integrate Supply Chain Management tools optimize the supply chain
- Apply business rules to daily operations
Our Co-Op will:
- Work part-time or full time
- Manage Safety Data Systems (SDS)
- Interface with management, internal & external suppliers and Technicians
- Order raw material for commercial production
- Process daily production
- Schedule just in time raw material
- Manager critical tasks from the batch inventories to finish good inventories
- Train on industry tools, such as CisPro, SAP, SharePoint, Documentum, etc.
