Description

Technical Support Engineer –

  • Document the architecture, testing procedures, and operational history of key software systems, including those developed in-house. 
  • Train onsite resources for ongoing support, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 
  • Requires a strong customer service background and a positive outlook on problem-solving, as well as ability to effectively communicate/train within a small diverse group.

Must Have

  • Manufacturing IT technical and programming experience,
  • E2E understanding of local digital solutions that run and support the sites POH/DTC Operations.
  • Understand information security requirements and how that applies to the sites local applications.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases
