Manager's update
- Looking for 1 or 2 years of staff accounting
- Experience with ERP and SAP is a plus
- Supporting the business unit of Client
- A lot of Excel and Lot of SAP work
- Working on Invoices
- Excel and some experience in ERP will work
- Erp knowledge

- Will support the fixed asset group and accounting
- Experience with Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot table)
- Fixed asset experience is nice to have
- Doing invoicing and reconciliation
- Lots of SAP, general entries, and invoicing within SAP
- 1 or 2years of experience is required
- Not looking for pharma experience
- Experience with Excel and SAP is required
- Bachelor’s degree must have (accounting or finance or business degree)
- No overqualification
- Accounts specialists with ledger experience will work

Business Title: Junior Accountant – Fixed Asset Team
The Opportunity
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Fixed Assets Analyst to join our Finance team.
- This role will support the management, verification, and reporting of fixed assets, ensuring accurate capitalization, depreciation, and disposal processes in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recording and tracking of fixed asset acquisitions, transfers, and disposals.
- Support monthly and quarterly close activities related to fixed assets, including depreciation runs and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records in the fixed asset subledger.
- Conduct physical asset verification and tagging across various locations to ensure asset integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with project owners and finance teams to ensure timely capitalization of assets.
- Help prepare audit documentation and respond to internal and external audit requests.
- Participate in system enhancements related to fixed asset accounting.
- Support compliance with internal controls and corporate accounting policies.
- Assist in generating reports and analysis for management review.
- Perform manual Journal entries, accruals and reclassifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance; internship or exposure to fixed assets is a plus.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, Power BI, or other ERP systems is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
