Job Title - Project Manager – Technology Resiliency Program

Location: Preference is NY, NY (office), but will consider remote candidates who are available to work EST business hours.

This is a part time role (approximately 20 hours per week) 

Job Description -

• Support the Client Tech Resiliency Enhancement group in leading the technology resiliency initiative.
• This role is responsible for day-to-day project management across all workstreams, ensuring effective execution, coordination, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily project management support for all resiliency workstreams (disaster recovery, ransomware restoration, tech framework enhancement, application validation, and so on).
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and maintain project documentation and dashboards.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with IT, Cybersecurity, and Resiliency teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare status updates and reports for leadership and steering committees.
• Assist in organizing workshops, exercises, and communications with stakeholders.
• Ensure best practices and lessons learned are integrated into project deliverables.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience in IT project management, ideally with exposure to technology resiliency, disaster recovery (DR), or business continuity (BC) programs.
• Understanding of IT processes, infrastructure, and recovery strategies.
• Familiarity with DR exercises, ransomware response, or resiliency frameworks.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting resiliency or BC/DR efforts at other companies.
• Project management or business continuity certifications (e.g., PMP, CBCP, ITIL).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, backup/restore technologies, or application validation.

Reporting & Collaboration:

• Reports to and works closely with the Client Tech Resiliency Enhancement group.
• Collaborates with IT, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Risk, and business stakeholders.
• Engages with external consultants and vendors as needed.
