Job Summary:

  • The Associate Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Integrated Marketing (EIM) team to support the successful execution and delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple business units.
  • This role is crucial to the successful end-to-end execution and delivery of high volume, fast-paced projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
  • The Associate Project Manager has intermediate project management skills that allow them to low-to-medium complexity projects with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end execution and delivery of high volume, fast paced, low-to-medium complexity projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and execution for low to medium complexity marketing projects, ensuring all deliverables align with project objectives
  • Develop and actively management timelines in close partnership with channel leads, working teams, and stakeholders
  • Proactively maintain critical information in Workfront including timelines, tasks, resources, updates and review & approval routes
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with business partners and working team to manage expectations and execute marketing requests
  • Keep key stakeholders apprised of project status and progress, including timelines, status, and key milestones
  • Accountable for project setup, closeout, and general maintenance within Workfront
  • Provide direct support to the PMO team in executing project-related tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
  • Experience managing the entire life cycle of a project.
  • Basic project management skills and understanding of marketing operations and deliverables.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
