IT Technical Project Manager

Role Location:

Preferably Marietta, OH or surrounding area - position is ideally hybrid, with some onsite work at the LED Marietta plant

Role Summary

The IT Technical Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of ERP projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. This role requires strong stakeholder management, risk control, and adherence to PMI-based delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle for ERP implementations and integrations

  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and per agreed scope

  • Lead planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource management

  • Manage stakeholders and maintain regular customer communication

  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues

  • Track and report project KPIs, milestones, and overall project health

  • Ensure quality, testing coordination, and governance compliance

  • Guide and mentor project teams and promote best practices

Mandatory Skills

  • IT Technical Project Management experience

  • SAP or Baan ERP experience

  • Strong experience with PMI-based project deliverables

  • Proven ERP implementation and system integration experience

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
