Job Title-Digital Marketing Manager-
Selected candidate will start ASAP after all screenings have cleared.
Manager looking to start this position ASAP-
Days/Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday) 4 days/week onsite, 1 WFH day
Top Skills or Experience:
- Headless CMS Expertise (Strapi or similar)-Hands on experience with structured content entry, content modeling, and publishing workflows.
- E commerce Content Experience-Strong understanding of product detail pages, merchandising workflows, and optimizing content for conversion.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail / QA Mindset-Accuracy in content entry, adherence to guidelines, and ability to ensure compliance in a regulated environment.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience
- Preferred years of experience: 5 years
Overview
- We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Content Author to join our team at our Alameda location
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced, highly regulated environment and is passionate about producing accurate, engaging content that supports e commerce performance and drives consumer conversion.
What You’ll Do
- Create, edit, and publish structured digital content—primarily for the website—using a headless CMS.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
- Partner with cross functional teams to support product launches, promotional updates, and merchandising initiatives.
- Optimize content for user experience and conversion across product detail pages and other key ecommerce touchpoints.
- Manage content approval workflows with regulatory, medical, legal, and privacy teams advocating for business needs while ensuring timely and compliant approvals.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands on experience with Strapi or similar headless CMS platforms (content modeling, structured content entry, and publishing workflows).
- Exceptional attention to detail with a QA focused approach and adherence to content standards.
- E commerce experience, including product detail pages, merchandising workflows, and content optimization for conversion.
- Self starter mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working in a regulated environment, including navigating compliance processes, and maintaining documentation integrity.
Qualifications
- Experience with SEO best practices for e commerce.
- Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong, consistent attention to detail.
