Description
Onsite Position: Foster City, CA (HYBRID/ 3days/ Week)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Testing Coordination & Execution:
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and scripts for eProcurement functionalities.
- Coordinate and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Validate catalog setup, pricing accuracy, and supplier onboarding workflows
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools
- Work with IT and vendors to resolve issues and retest fixes promptly.
- Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes and outcomes
- Provide regular status updates and test results to stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between Procurement, IT, and other relevant teams during testing phases.
- Communicate changes in templates, onboarding processes, and testing protocols.
- Recommend enhancements to testing methodologies and catalog management processes.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and quality assurance standards.
Required Competencies & Skills:
Nice to have biotech, GXP or FDA regulated industry experience.
Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of eProcurement platforms and catalog management. Including platforms like SAP S4, Ariba, OpenText VIM, etc.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
o Familiarity with testing tools and defect tracking systems.
Analytical & Problem-Solving:
o Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions.
o Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process integrity.
Project Management:
o Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
o Knowledge of project management principles and best practices
Communication & Collaboration:
o Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
o Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Interpersonal Competencies:
o Communicate effectively and build relationships with representatives of inter-related organizations
o Excellent written and oral communication skills

Education:
To perform at a proficient level and to be fully qualified, a person would be expected to have: B.S. / B.A. degree in Business (or other related degree programs)
