Job Description:
- Perform all routine and some complex calibrations, tests, test set- ups, data collection and/or data analysis in accordance with all pertinent customer and QA program requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of calibrations, testing and analytical work performed including required traceability on equipment utilized.
- Compute, analyze and record test data.
- Develop sound conclusions and write reports of project results. Interact with clients and vendors to resolve technical problems relating to assigned work.
- Perform research and make recommendations to resolve non-conforming conditions, out of tolerance conditions, process improvements and procurement of testing components and equipment.
- Associates degree or equivalent or PMEL training (no experience required), or a high school diploma (or equivalent) plus four years of relevant experience.
- Must be capable of obtaining/maintaining unescorted access to nuclear plants.
- Ability to lift and carry loads up to 70 pounds. Ability to load and unload company vehicles. Ability to climb ladders and assemble test equipment from elevated staging platforms up to 10 feet above ground.
- Ability to respond to off hours urgent client requests.
- Work is normally done in an environmentally controlled laboratory setting. However, some tasks will entail proximity to high voltage apparatus or chemicals. Some work is performed at client’s premises which can include industrial environments.

- Must be capable of obtaining/maintaining unescorted access to nuclear plants.
- Basic computer skills. Demonstrated problem solving ability, interpersonal skills, and strong customer orientation.
- Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and at remote locations.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
- Must be willing to go onsite and work in the nuclear plant environment.
