Location: Fully on-site

Day to day description:

• The person will be applying cash received in the bank or money on the customer’s account. They need to be able to search and review payment details in order to apply payments.
• They will need to review the information received on bank statements; make sure they apply cash to the correct customer account.
• We need “experience”, someone that is used to working in cash applications, dealing with high volume and multi-currency.
• We really need someone with SAP experience and detail oriented.
• They also need intermediate Excel skills.

Job Description:  
            

Cash Management team is seeking a Cash Applications Specialist.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:

• Participate in team efforts to achieve company and departmental goals.
• Ability to research money on account.
• Accurately post incoming ACH/Wire/EFT, checks and credit card payments to customer accounts.
• Perform daily bank reconciliation.
• Balance daily cash receipts and ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts.
• Accurately reconcile bank receipts to daily cash posting.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of related work experience specifically with Cash Applications
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• 2+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using formulas, Vlookup, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets
• Must have experience working on cross functional teams and high transactional volume
• SAP experience a must, “S4Hanna” a plus
