Duration: 6 months, potential for extension

Summary:

This role supports project setup, tracking, and billing while ensuring projects are completed on time. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, internal teams, and customers to manage multiple projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage projects from initiation to completion

  • Track project progress, costs, and timelines

  • Handle customer billing and financial tracking

  • Coordinate with Project Managers, internal teams, and clients

  • Review contracts and ensure compliance with terms

  • Support subcontract management and documentation

  • Maintain accurate project records (costs, schedules, reports)

  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates

  • Assist in revenue forecasting and financial reporting

Project Scope:

  • Manage multiple projects (small to large scale)

  • Project portfolio can exceed $5M

  • Handle subcontracting (from small to large, multiple vendors)

  • Work on both subcontractor and prime contractor projects

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Construction Management or related field OR 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Experience with project coordination, billing, or scheduling

Preferred Experience:

  • Construction / HVAC / Energy Management Systems

  • Federal/government contracting exposure

  • Basic accounting or cost tracking experience

Key Skills:

  • Ability to understand construction contracts and terms

  • Strong communication and client interaction skills

  • Good with numbers (budgets, cost tracking, percentages)

  • Problem-solving and coordination across teams

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License
