Description
Administrative Assistant IV
Livermore CA 100% Onsite.
Days/Hours: Mon – Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm
Selected candidate will start ASAP after screenings have cleared
- Provides administrative support to director-level management.
- Has previous on-the-job experience at advanced levels to coordinate the office services functions.
- Has knowledge and experience to handle the following: supervision of clerical staff,
- special projects, preparing agendas and coordinating meeting arrangements, composes correspondence, greeting and directing visitors, handling incoming phone calls and conducting special studies to report recommendations.
- Possesses excellent office and communication skills.
- Requires minimal supervision.
Here’s what the person will do:
- Site engagement leadership / planning / execution Admin support for Director-level (calendar mgmt., expense mgmt., etc.)
- Top skills: Very detail-oriented and well-organized: must be able to keep track of requests and act with requiring follow up Highly proficient in Microsoft excel & power point
- Skills needed- Must be Proactive / go-getter personality- confident personality that can articulate that they are the right person for the position- Someone that is organized, detail-oriented, and dynamic to succeed in our fast-paced environment.
- In short, we need someone who exudes “get stuff done” and attention to detail.
