More then 5 years of experience is overqualified
Open for candidates who are ready to relocate at their own expense
- Position is in product development science and technology organization with a specific focus on our aesthetic dermal filler product line
- Optimize the process development of our new and innovative dermal filler products and bring them from the R&D scale to our commercial manufacturing scale
- Support the products through their life cycle
- Would need thorough technical investigations
- Work on process improvements and scale-ups once the product is at the manufacturing site
- Working on technical transfers
- Move our products from being manufactured at one site to another site
- Support these projects through hands-on laboratory activities, dermal filler lab
- we strive to generate reliable scientific data to drive our conclusions and recommendations for improvements to our processes
- Working in lab setting up and fixing equipment so that we can be prepared to run our experiments then executing our experiments
- Performing analytical testing to generate data
- Will analyze the generated data and really the conclusions
- Looking for entry level kind of person
- Hands on laboratory experiment experience is energetic to learn and comes with scientific curiosity
- Experience with hydrogels or polymers work with troubleshooting or modifying equipment
- Experience with Statistical analysis
- Troubleshooting and modifying equipment is nice to have
- Run into a lot of mixing equipment
- Change the type of impeller that we are mixing with
- Work with troubleshooting
- Any material science or chemical engineering, mechanical engineering and any other related scientific degree
- Doing is just product formulation
- familiar with the laboratory setting
- proficient in Realogy materials categorization, mechanical testing, and polymer cross
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of research or lab experience
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
- An engineering degree is preferred
- A science degree will also work
- Will be part of a Scientific presentation
What are the top 3-5 skills, experience or education required for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related scientific field
- Previous research and/or laboratory experience
- Proficiency in equipment design, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Exposure to process chemistry, modeling/simulation, and data analysis software
