Description
Location: Hybrid (3 in office 2 remote)
Position Overview
This temporary role provides broad administrative and operational support across multiple workstreams/processes
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support Services
- Change Monitoring & Cost Controls: Track software requests per service agreement; secure costs, approvals, and billing for non-standard items
- Access & Infrastructure: Process Active Directory group replacements and VM requests
- SOW Governance: Monitor scope changes beyond seasonality; coordinate on invoice alignment
- Onboarding: Process new user additions and system replacements; manage AD groups and application approvals
- Access Validation: Verify all access requests do not exceed agreements; ensure replacements receive only necessary access (no scope creep from predecessor roles)
- Offboarding & Changes: Process user departures and role changes; execute deprovisioning
- Quarterly Access Reviews (Starting November): Audit all granted access; initiate deprovisioning for unnecessary access
- LOB Support: Field questions on access grants, replacements, and laptop/VM requests; provide pre-access system lists for business unit validation
Cyber Project – Quantum Data Strategies & Readiness
- Partner with Cyber lead to define data collection needs
- Solicit Quantum readiness details from strategic partners
- Consolidate and organize partner responses for review
Operations Support
- Manage USCIS inquiries and Visa letter requests
- Support charitable event planning and logistics
- Maintain Supplier Contact Lists and organizational charts
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Experience with access management, onboarding/offboarding processes, or IT administration preferred
- Experience with Fieldglass (provisioning/deprovisioning) tool is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and SharePoint
- Effective written communicator; comfortable engaging with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors
- Self-directed with ability to operate in a fluid, evolving work environment
- Intellectually curious with a growth mindset; proactively seeks to understand context beyond assigned tasks, asks thoughtful questions, and continuously looks for ways to improve processes and
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools (such as Claude or similar) to improve personal productivity, summarize information, and support documentation tasks; willingness to learn and experiment with emerging tools as they are introduced
