Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Daily Management System meetings (DMS), trouble shoot and investigate Service Risk using Dashboards and APO.
  • Attend Commercialization Meetings to cover Supply Planning follow ups and actions, and other supply cross functional meetings as needed.1
  • Assist in maintaining Day to Day Supply Planning tasks including but not limited to: Creating Weekly Short term (0-13 Weeks) Production Plans, Assess Capacity to support demand, and work with Plant teams to smooth production.
  • Work to improve Waste identification, mitigation plan, and reporting needs using dashboards and APO.
  • Coverage for existing planners to attend system implementation training.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably within a large CPG environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency, or ability to learn quickly, in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • PowerBI / Tableau exposure preferred.
  • Advanced Excel
