• Medical device product development experience.
• Knowledge of design controls, new product development, and regulated environments.
• Experience with machine components or manufacturing processes.
• Prior experience managing external vendors’ technical deliverables.

Description:

• Seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer (Contractor) to support Client New Product Development initiatives.
• This role supports a senior project lead and is responsible for day-to-day execution, with strong emphasis on vendor coordination, material delivery, and project schedule accountability in a regulated medical device environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute operational project plans and deliverables in support of CRM NPD programs.
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Coordinate external vendors, track material deliveries, and hold suppliers accountable.
• Interface with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Material Compliance teams.
• Maintain project plans using MS Project or Planview.
• Prepare status reports and lead working meetings.
• Clarify design intent when interfacing with vendors and partners.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and independent working ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical device experience.
• Knowledge of FDA QSR / ISO 13485.
• Vendor management experience.
