Description

Monday Thru Friday standard Schedule. Weekend fill in when weekend staff is out.

This list will be modified as required to support the daily business needs.

Qualifications Required:

• Maintain floors. Maintain restrooms to include cleaning, disinfecting and restocking supplies. Empty/Clean & disinfect waste cans.
• Removal of spider webs and nests, both inside and outside.
• Window cleaning. Maintain walkways. Maintain kitchen areas.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all floors throughout the assigned areas
• Maintain all restrooms (6) total (clean & disinfect sinks & toilets, restock) on a daily basis.
• Maintain adequate inventory of paper towels (rolls), soap, ect.. for use (as needed) throughout the assigned areas *Empty/Clean & disinfect all waste cans (daily).
• Remove spider webs and nests in all areas where needed (inside/outside)
• Clean windows inside/outside
• Maintain walkways
• Maintain kitchen area in all assigned areas,
• Clean storage areas (monthly)
• Responsible for Kitchen prep. and arranging Training Building for meetings or training. (as needed)
• Clean all entry doors in assigned areas
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
