Description
Machine expert who keeps factory equipment running at peak performance
- High speed sewing machine rebuild experience
- Technical Mastery - Able to follow work instructions and standards to tear down and rebuild complex sewing machine machinery.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve sewing defects.
- Ability to coach and train others to defined centerlines and settings
Nice To Have
Experienced mechanical sewing machine rebuilder to:
- Assist with tear down and rebuilding of high speed sewing machines used in the production process,
- Assist with setting up equipment to centerline and assessing set up of equipment on the production lines,
- Assist with all mechanical aspects of parts and equipment associated with the sewing machines (Alignment, torque tests, tensions, guards in place, free moving parts),
Job Description
Experienced maintenance planner or other relative experience to:
- Assist with doing all the initial IQ / OQ checks to ensure that equipment is installed as required and all devices are installed in the proper orientation,
- Assist with checking all mechanical aspects of the equipment (Alignment, torque tests, guards in place, free moving parts), Assist with developing and documenting centerlines,
