100% REMOTE

Prefer candidates in EST time zone

Must have SAP SuccessFactors (ATS) experience

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges ect.
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, ect.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors)
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles, provide updates, and ensure a positive hiring experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years in automotive or manufacturing recruiting
