Description
6 months with a possibility to extend
This is a Charlotte bases remote role. Candidate will need be able to WFH but also report into Charlotte office.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Laptop supplied by client.
- This role is working with business partners to translate business requirements into salesforce actionable outcomes
- Design and implementation of salesforce, support day to day enhancements,
- Working with existing Salesforce team (7-10 people)
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Define functional solutions and create technical solutions to business problems utilizing the Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.
- Meet with business stakeholders and partners to gather requirements and analyze data to develop solutions.
- Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented functionality. Test and document new functionality for business stakeholders.
- Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems procedures, functions or organizational changes.
