Description
The locations are Miami, Chandler, Wichita and St. Louis.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Support global kitting and/or bin management initiatives.
- Develop and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, ensuring adherence to project management standards.
- Identify risks and opportunities and create mitigation strategies to enhance business cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Manage customer requests and proposals, providing cost data and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues to ensure project success.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach to improve experience, driving business profitability and efficiency for Client.
- Build collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to achieve project objectives.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- Great communicator & team collaborator
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on project or program management
- Experience collaborating across complex cross-functional organizations
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Distribution
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent
- Aviation experience a plus
- SAP, Process Improvement & integration skills a plus
