The locations are Miami, Chandler, Wichita and St. Louis.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Support global kitting and/or bin management initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, ensuring adherence to project management standards.
• Identify risks and opportunities and create mitigation strategies to enhance business cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Manage customer requests and proposals, providing cost data and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues to ensure project success.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach to improve experience, driving business profitability and efficiency for Client.
• Build collaborative relationships within and outside the organization to achieve project objectives.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

• Great communicator & team collaborator
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working on project or program management
• Experience collaborating across complex cross-functional organizations
• Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Distribution
• Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent
• Aviation experience a plus
• SAP, Process Improvement & integration skills a plus
