Description
This position will Manage customer service through the order fulfillment process.
HYBRID: 3 onsite; 2 remote days per week
No additional medical exams are required other than drug screening
EDUCATION:
- A certificate or diploma in Business Administration or Marketing or related field is required.
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 years of experience in a business or customer service-related position or order management role.
- Working knowledge of the Order to Cash process
- SAP experience required (S4 Hana preferred)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including V-lookups
- Computer proficiency and ability to handle multiple Microsoft platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work across multiple systems
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders and oversee the full order fulfillment process
- Address customer inquiries related to product availability, order status, substitutions, and shipping
- Negotiate acceptance of seed supply, including in field supply management and substitution recommendations
- Resolve complex customer issues while building strong retail customer relationships
- Support and execute seasonal sales plans at customer and regional levels
- Provide accurate reporting and leverage data to support sales execution and strategic planning
- Collaborate regularly with customers and internal commercial teams to review performance and adjust execution plans
- Work cross functionally with planning, sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations
- Interaction with multiple internal departments and external customer organizations
- Management of multiple systems, processes, and priorities in a dynamic business environment
