This position will Manage customer service through the order fulfillment process.

HYBRID: 3 onsite; 2 remote days per week

No additional medical exams are required other than drug screening

EDUCATION:

• A certificate or diploma in Business Administration or Marketing or related field is required.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 2 years of experience in a business or customer service-related position or order management role.
• Working knowledge of the Order to Cash process
• SAP experience required (S4 Hana preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills including V-lookups
• Computer proficiency and ability to handle multiple Microsoft platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work across multiple systems
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders and oversee the full order fulfillment process
• Address customer inquiries related to product availability, order status, substitutions, and shipping
• Negotiate acceptance of seed supply, including in field supply management and substitution recommendations
• Resolve complex customer issues while building strong retail customer relationships
• Support and execute seasonal sales plans at customer and regional levels
• Provide accurate reporting and leverage data to support sales execution and strategic planning
• Collaborate regularly with customers and internal commercial teams to review performance and adjust execution plans
• Work cross functionally with planning, sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations
• Interaction with multiple internal departments and external customer organizations
• Management of multiple systems, processes, and priorities in a dynamic business environment
