Description
Hybrid: 3 Days On-Site / 2 Days WFH
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates Degree preferably in Business or Finance
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Preferred
- Qualifications: Experience in SAP & Power BI
Responsibilities:
- Leveraging your education and/or Customer Support experience or related professional business experience, you will identify, investigate, and reconcile customer payment differences.
- You will be the point of contact for all Financial Audits and maintain email queue rules and telephone recordings.
- Demonstrating your ability to problem solve and proactively implement solutions, you will perform root cause analysis to determine failure modes associated with each discrepancy and liaise with the appropriate parties to ensure failure mode controls are coordinated and prioritized for the businesses and are rolled out in an organized fashion.
- Successfully engaging inside and outside the organization, you will interface with customers, Customer Experience Specialist and business personnel to develop controls to prevent payment errors from reoccurring. Additionally, you will have cross-functional communication with the Credit Department or other business partners as needed.
- Your ability to work in a team environment will be essential as you provide support on tax exemption compliance to the Customer Experience Team and business units as needed. Additionally, you will identify when client is out of compliance and work with CCASs and customers to resolve the issue.
- Using your deep understanding of relevant system functions and OTC SAP processes and awareness of master data requirements for the related transactional processes, you will interface with Customer master data and maintain workflow in matrices in SAP.
- You will also review and interpret information to ensure SAP data maintenance has been completed accurately and conduct SAP master data gap analysis. You will work closely with the Customer Master Data Team to submit request on behalf of the Customer Experience Team.
- Your keen attention to detail will be a valued asset as you collect missing tax-exempt certificates from customers, ensure timely and accurate distributor CUPS and Rebates. You will be responsible for consignment reconciliation and reporting.
- Your ability to multi-task and utilize several different computer applications at once will serve you well as you prioritize and submit new and change requests through the appropriate submission tool (PASTIS Web, Master Data Governance, etc.). Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint will be vital.
- Exhibiting your commitment to customer satisfaction, you will develop and maintain customer relationships and support the order to cash process where necessary.
- You will be a team player and work to support coverage with the Customer Experience Team where necessary.
- You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement measures and will work to automate processes using BOTs.
- You will be a champion for continuous improvement and work to be flexible resource within the Customer Experience Team.
