Description

The person will coordinate daily shipping, receiving, inventory, warehouse, and order fulfillment activities to ensure products move accurately and on time.

Additional Requirements:

• Long-term temporary position (6-12 months), possibility of becoming permanent
• Standard work schedule: 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Overtime: Potential for longer shifts or Saturday work

Job Description:

• The Logistics Coordinator I will work within the Solutions Enterprise group, responsible for controlling and managing large rental equipment (diesel pumps, piping, etc.).
• This role is a blend of office support and hands-on equipment management/operation.

 The ideal candidate should be prepared to:

• Understand and process orders
• Pull and manage inventory
• Load and offload equipment using forklift and cranes

Shop Safety Requirements:

• Steel-toed shoes
• High visibility vest(client provided)
• Safety glasses (candidate provided)

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience using a forklift and capability to operate lifting cranes & forklifts
• Ability to handle both office administrative tasks and equipment operations
• Comfortable with handling heavy equipment and associated logistics
• Must adhere to all safety protocols in shop areas

Desirable Attributes/Qualifications:

• Prior experience in logistics or equipment rental environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective communication skills
