Description
Team works remote, the candidate needs to be an independent worker, proficient in Excel and has Power BI experience. SAP experience would be a plus.

EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of administrative and/or logistics experience
- Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills
- Must be detail-oriented and able to read and interpret company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Power BI
- Proficiency in SAP platforms (procurement and logistics functions) and Lotus Notes
- Strong data analysis
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will provide administrative and clerical support as directed to meet team objectives. Incumbent may also be assigned additional duties as directed, including, but not limited to:
- Managing import inbounds, including container tracking, confirmation of delivery, diversions, etc.
- The incumbent will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Planners to ensure documentation and materials are up to date and ready as needed.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Provides daily administrative support/functions, including but not limited to various reports in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
- Inventory reviews and reconciliation
- Inbound container tracking and management
- Multi-tasks and responds to evolving priorities relating to supply chain and logistics.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
