Job Summary

We are seeking two experienced Enterprise Resilience consultants to provide targeted, execution-focused support across high-priority initiatives.

  • These roles are designed to accelerate delivery against critical enterprise resilience objectives, including Single Point of Failure (SPOF) remediation and Business Continuity (BC) program improvements.
  • These are not steady-state program management roles. Successful candidates will be expected to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, delivering tangible outcomes within defined timelines.

  • Partner with business and technology teams to validate critical dependencies across processes.
  • Support assessment of associated risk exposure and business impact.
  • Guide evaluation of feasibility and effectiveness of proposed recovery strategies.
  • Support prioritization of remediation actions (e.g., document/enhance recovery strategies, risk acceptance)
  • Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership decision-making.

Business Continuity Program Enhancements

  • Perform detailed reviews and provide constructive challenge of existing BC plans.
  • Identify gaps in plan completeness and alignment to actual risk scenarios.
  • Support implementation of testing and validation standards, including scenario-based exercises.
  • Partner with business units to strengthen plan quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Synthesize findings into clear recommendations and track remediation progress.

Required Qualifications

  • 9-10+ years of experience in enterprise resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, or operational risk.
  • Hands-on experience conducting BIAs and developing BCPs and/or DR plans, including dependency mapping and risk analysis.
  • Knowledge of resilience frameworks and standards (ISO 22301, NIST, FFIEC, DORA, or similar).
  • Ability to integrate quickly into existing teams and processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, utilities, or technology.
  • Certifications such as CBCP, CBCI, MBCP, or ISO 22301.

Key Competencies

  • Analytical and detail-oriented
  • Solution-focused mindset
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Comfort working under pressure
