Product Change Manager with commercialization, product launch, stage-gate, and cross-functional project management experience within CPG/FMCG or food manufacturing environments

Summary

As a Product Change Manager (PCM), you are the driving force that transforms innovation into tangible outcomes.  

You will lead the coordination of product and packaging changes through effective project planning, execution, control, and a strong sense of ownership. 


In this high-impact role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of projects of the  commercialization portfolio – ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and fully ready to launch. You will operate at the intersection of agility and discipline, helping scale with speed while upholding excellence in project delivery, and playing as a critical partner in enhancing portfolio governance.

How you will contribute

In this role, you will:

  •  Manage assigned commercialization projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. 
  • Lead the stage-gate process by coordinating cross-functional readiness, preparing governance documentation, and facilitating leadership decision-making at each gate.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory.
  • Lead stage gate and status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.  
  • Drive continuous improvement, identifying and implementing practical solutions to enhance project delivery.
  • Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization.

What you will bring

  •  2+ years’ experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries.
  •  Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
  •  Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools.
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.
  •  Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  •  MS Project knowledge is a plus.
