Seeking a Technical Program Manager with 5+ years of experience leading large-scale technology programs involving AI, automation, infrastructure, developer tools, or enterprise operations. Must have strong SDLC knowledge, experience managing cross-functional engineering initiatives, issue/bug tracking processes, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive execution autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Must-Have Skills             

• Experience leading medium/large scale technology solution implementation, specifically within automation, AI, or advanced system infrastructure domains.
• Knowledge of software development processes and best practices. Knowledge with project and issue tracking systems.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking with analytical and complex problem-solving experience.
• Track record of operating autonomously across multiple teams,demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
• Experience in fostering seamless cross-functional working relationships in medium to large organizations. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application to business process optimization.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Enterprise Operations Experience - High volume of Bugs,Tickets ETC

Years of overall experience required?    

• 5+ years of experience in technology program management focused on software, or related experience in working on development infrastructure and tools

Job Responsibilities:

• Client is seeking a Temporary Technical Program Manager to support the planning and delivery of medium-to-large scale technology initiatives.
• In this role, you will help drive cross-functional execution for programs focused on automation, AI-enabled solutions, and/or advanced systems infrastructure, partnering with stakeholders to improve tooling, workflows, and operational outcomes. This is a temporary role and is not a full-time position at Client.

Responsibilities

• Lead program planning and execution across multiple teams, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines
• Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making with engineering, product, operations, and other partners
• Coordinate implementation of technology solutions, particularly in automation, AI, or advanced system infrastructure domains
• Establish and maintain program reporting, documentation, and operating rhythms (e.g., status updates, retrospectives, stakeholder reviews)
