Provide Global IT MOM Support for Project Aejas

 

Job Overview

  • We are hiring 3 IT Analysts for a global manufacturing transformation project focused on IT/OT network segmentation across 24 global sites. This is a hands-on, shop-floor role involving direct interaction with manufacturing machines, controllers, and industrial systems.
  • The role requires strong technical + manufacturing exposure, with significant travel (~40%) and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Manager's Update 

  • Perform IT/OT segmentation by separating IT systems from manufacturing equipment
  • Access and configure machine controllers (CNC, inspection, etc.)
  • Modify and update machine configurations, network settings, and scripts
  • Validate connectivity between machines and applications after migration
  • Work closely with shop floor operators, supervisors, and IT teams
  • Execute tasks using playbooks and predefined configuration standards
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and configuration issues on-site
  • Support deployment across multiple global manufacturing sites
  • Ensure smooth transition of machines between segmented networks
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial) , Or related field
  • Hands-on IT + Manufacturing hybrid professional
  • Comfortable working on machines, not just systems
  • Strong problem-solving mindset on the shop floor
  • Able to work in global, fast-paced deployment projects
  • Open to frequent travel and dynamic work environments
  • Highly specialized application-focused MES experts may not be ideal
  • Candidates with purely IT/software background (no manufacturing exposure) will not fit
  • Senior candidates expecting architect-level roles may be overqualified

Required Skills (Must Have)

  • Strong experience in manufacturing/industrial environments (OT environment exposure)
  • Hands-on experience working with Machine controllers (CNC, Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience working with Industrial equipment / shop floor systems
  • Basic scripting knowledge PowerShell , VB Script
  • Understanding of Network configuration & IP changes
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure within manufacturing setups
  • Work directly on the shop floor (90–95% role)
  • Communicate with operators and production teams
  • Follow technical playbooks and execute tasks independently
  • Comfortable with physical movement around machinery

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with IT/OT segmentation projects
  • Exposure to SCADA systems: Wonderware, Ignition , Desigo CC
  • Knowledge of Delmia DNC (MOM systems) , Zscaler or similar security tools
  • Experience in MES/MOM environments
  • Exposure to regulated industries (FDA, Pharma, Medical Devices)
  • Familiarity with GxP / CSV environments

Zscaler security appliance / OT segmentation of all manufacturing equipment

  • Deploys the release of new technologies for OT Machines as well as installs, configures, maintains and performs system integration testing of machine/application operating systems at the manufacturing machine level
  • Responsible for troubleshooting machine integrated application problems as reported by users.
  • Provides new technical specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth, configuration , data extraction & retention, installs new machines and maintains the underlying infrastructure.
  • Provide ongoing support, integration, monitoring and maintenance of the MOM applications
  • Ensures that all changes to quality-relevant systems are documented and performed according to application validation guidelines and processes.
  • Will be Travelling up/to 40% Globally to all manufacturing sites AMER/EMEA/APAC

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience
