Tuesday to Thursday is on-site 

Manager's update:

• Not looking for candidates with more than 7 years of experience
• Looking for Pharma or healthcare experience
• Technical pm will not work 
• Looking for someone who can see the business 
• Ability to manage the timeline 
• Ability to work & manage time management, meetings, general PM duties, etc.
• Analytical skills
• Smartsheet exp is plus but not required
• Pharma, medical device, and regulated envt. exp will work
• R&D exp will work
• Project coordinator background, and recent 3-4 years of experience in PM will work
• Working with large-complex commercial projects, legal, quality management, etc.
• Working closely with technical project manager,s 
• experience with Medicare and Medicaid is preferred 

Years of experience/education and/or certification’s required:

• PMP would be great – not required
• 5-7 years (do not submit candidates over 7 years)

What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have?

• Mid-level professional with strong background in healthcare and pharmaceutical industries with demonstrated experience in Project and Program Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey project goals, progress, and expectations clearly to stakeholders and team members.
• Proficiency in planning, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently to keep the project on track.
• Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions and solve problems proactively
• Expertise in engaging with cross-functional stakeholders, understanding their expectations, and ensuring their needs are met

What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education, or certification?

• Lean, Six Sigma or process improvement
• Smartsheet experience

Work Schedule (Define days,# of hours)/ Is Overtime offered or required? If yes, how many hours, what impact to scheduled working hours?

• M to Friday 8-5.
• No OT

• 3 days in office and 2 work from home days
