Manager's Update:

This is a 100% onsite role
 

 

 25% of travel of travel is involved in this role (Mostly within US but also possibility of Europe minimumly)

  • Stakeholder management is involved but people management is not a part of this person's responsibilities
  • Looking for 5+ years of exp. but 4 years of relevant exp. would also be considered
  • 15+ years of exp. would also be considered
  • This is more towards a governance role
  • Prior exp. with Capital Projects would be required
  • PMP would be a great plus too
  • Exp. with  CAPEX/OPEX would be required
  • Must have project management exp.
  • Minimum educational qualification: BS degree in engineering
  • Must have MS Project exp.
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) would be a great plus
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to manage instrument/equipment installations
  • Looking for 5+ years of exp.
  • Prior medical device industry exp. is required
  • Able to manage the timelines, scope, stakeholders
  • Manager is open to consider non-local candidate who can relocate at their own expenses, once gets an offer letter (Within 2 weeks) - LOCAL would be a the 1st preference



TECHNICAL SKILLS

Must Have

  • B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, industrial, material or equivalent Engineering preferred), business or life sciences. Preferred: Successful record of accomplishment in Lean manufacturing.
  • English Language: Fluent or advanced level (C2)
  • Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite including MS Project 
  • Spanish Language: Intermediate (B1 or higher)
  • Three (3) years of progressively responsible engineering and project management experience. Proven leadership in project and capital management.
  • Experience preferred in operations and/or in advanced manufacturing engineering.

Nice To Have

  • PMP certification a plus.

DESCRIPTION

  • The E2E Sr. Project Delivery Manager is responsible to manage projects by providing leadership and guidance to one or multiple projects teams and has overall responsibility for the end-to-end simultaneous management of ISC Engineering projects for the business.
  • Meet financial targets, manage cross-functional resources, and handle multiple complex projects with effective time management .
  • This role is responsible for ensuring the project strategy and tasks are being executed by each team within ISC Engineering  and all supportive functions through collaboration, teamwork and results driven decisions.  This role will also be responsible to ensure phase gates deliverables are achieved.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects within the ISC Engineering Program Management governance model, ensuring alignment with established standards, processes, and priorities
  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery of individual projects or a defined program of projects (e.g., capacity, sustaining, compliance, safety, digitalization, NPD, retrofit, or facilities), ensuring commitments are met on time, within scope, and within approved CAPEX/OPEX funding
  • Drives disciplined execution through detailed project planning, schedule management, phase gate execution, and performance tracking to achieve defined business outcomes
  • Manages project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting, and variance management, proactively identifying and escalating cost, schedule, and technical risks
  • Uses defined KPIs and project metrics to monitor progress, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions
  • Facilitates cross functional project reviews and working sessions to drive alignment, decision-making, and timely issue resolution
  • Collaborates effectively with engineering, manufacturing, finance, procurement, quality, and external partners, influencing outcomes without direct authority in a matrixed environment
  • Communicates project status clearly and transparently to stakeholders, providing accurate reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Leads proactive risk identification and problem solving at the project level, ensuring issues are addressed early and effectively
  • Supports governance reviews by preparing project documentation, schedules, financials, and decision materials
  • Drives structured project closeout activities, including post-project reviews, lessons learned, and documentation of best practices
  • Applies standard program and project management tools and methodologies to drive consistent, repeatable execution and continuous improvement

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

Minimum Education: 

  • B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, industrial, material or equivalent Engineering preferred), business or life sciences.

Preferred:

  • Successful record of accomplishment in Lean manufacturing. PMP certification a plus.

  • Must be based at the El Paso facility and maintain regular on-site presence to effectively support project execution, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Domestic and International travel up to 25% may be required.
  • Must be able and willing to work extended hours, up to 12-hour workdays, on limited occasions, based on project needs and business requirements.
