Description

The manager is flexible with the work schedule (open to M-TH) but this is 100% on site.

 

This role is primarily a records management and administrative operations position. The person will help organize, categorize, track, and archive HR documents and records while ensuring compliance with company retention policies.

Description:

  • The HR Operations Coordinator will support the organization, categorization, and transition of records and materials.
  • This role is responsible for ensuring records are accurately reviewed, categorized, and prepared for secure storage in alignment with company policies and compliance requirements.
  • The position will play a key coordination role across internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a smooth and structured records management process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the review, classification and organization of records and materials
  • Categorize records based on retention guidelines and document type
  • Prepare and track records for transfer to approved offsite storage providers
  • Maintain detailed tracking logs of records movement, storage locations, and retention timelines
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with records management standards
  • Support documentation and reporting related to records organization and storage activities
  • Serve as a point of coordination between internal teams and third-party storage partners

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage and track large volumes of information
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
  • Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in operations, records management, or document coordination
  • Exposure to compliance-driven or regulated environments
  • Experience working with external vendors or third-party partners
