Description
The manager is flexible with the work schedule (open to M-TH) but this is 100% on site.
This role is primarily a records management and administrative operations position. The person will help organize, categorize, track, and archive HR documents and records while ensuring compliance with company retention policies.
Description:
- The HR Operations Coordinator will support the organization, categorization, and transition of records and materials.
- This role is responsible for ensuring records are accurately reviewed, categorized, and prepared for secure storage in alignment with company policies and compliance requirements.
- The position will play a key coordination role across internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a smooth and structured records management process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the review, classification and organization of records and materials
- Categorize records based on retention guidelines and document type
- Prepare and track records for transfer to approved offsite storage providers
- Maintain detailed tracking logs of records movement, storage locations, and retention timelines
- Conduct quality checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with records management standards
- Support documentation and reporting related to records organization and storage activities
- Serve as a point of coordination between internal teams and third-party storage partners
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage and track large volumes of information
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in operations, records management, or document coordination
- Exposure to compliance-driven or regulated environments
- Experience working with external vendors or third-party partners
