Location: Denver, CO /Fort Collins, CO

Energy Services Construction Site Superintendent:

  • Supervises all aspects of turnkey jobsite activities, from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project supervision while leading a team of subcontractors, maintaining and enforcing safety, and adhering to a specific objectives in a time frame and with available resources.
  • Able to manage multiple vendors and multiple subcontractors; works with a Project Manager.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working with project manager on scheduling various subcontractors and maintain project schedule, daily reporting, on-site safety requirements and management of all subcontractors.
  • Accountable for jobsite safety, holding subcontractors accountable for their work, regular communication with on-site customer representatives, and quality control.
  • Preferred candidate will have general knowledge on general construction applications and mechanical and electrical systems while managing subcontractors, dealing with conflict and have excellent communication skills.
  • Meets with subcontractors and owners to discuss scope of project; budgets; performance; and close-out. Ensures compliance with internal contracting processes

MUST HAVE

  • High School Diploma
  • 5 years + of experience of construction industry experience
  • Prior Site Superintendent experience
  • Must have a general working knowledge of basic construction, electricity, mechanical, and HVAC systems, and safety of building construction industry.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to utilize Microsoft Project to review/revise project schedules/Excel.
  • Experience with Procore.
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal & written) as this is a customer facing role
  • Able to lead onsite construction activities based of schedule & scope
