Join a global healthcare leader and help shape the future of oncology and hematology through innovative Real-World Evidence (RWE) and Outcomes Research initiatives.
Position Summary
- We are seeking an experienced professional to support Real World Value & Evidence (RWV&E) strategy within Hematology.
- This role will lead evidence generation, outcomes research, economic modeling, and market access initiatives that support payer value propositions, healthcare provider education, and business decision-making.
- The ideal candidate will combine scientific expertise, analytical thinking, and cross-functional leadership to drive impactful research and evidence generation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Real World Evidence (RWE) and Outcomes Research projects from concept through publication.
- Design and execute observational studies, economic models, and value evidence strategies.
- Develop and maintain publication plans supporting integrated evidence generation objectives.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Epidemiology, Commercial, Analytics, and Global Strategy teams.
- Support payer value propositions and reimbursement strategies through evidence-based insights.
- Manage research vendors, study budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
- Analyze healthcare datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Present research findings to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all research activities comply with scientific, regulatory, and company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Pharmacoepidemiology, Health Services Research, Public Health, Pharmacy, Biostatistics, or related field.
- PhD, PharmD, or other advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, consulting, or HEOR experience.
- Experience in Real World Evidence (RWE), Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, HEOR, or Market Access.
- Strong understanding of healthcare databases, observational research, and evidence generation methodologies.
- Experience managing projects from study design through publication.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
