Administrative Assistant I

Lake Mary, FL 100% onsite,

Expected to be on-site from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

  • This position provides comprehensive administrative support to multiple Director-level leaders across various locations.
  • The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage competing priorities, support diverse stakeholders, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to Director-level leadership, including:

  • Calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Expense management and reporting
  • Track, manage, and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely follow-up and completion
  • Manage meeting logistics, including scheduling, materials, and follow-ups
  • Conduct special projects and studies, providing insights and recommendations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally well-organized with strong follow-through
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision

Advanced proficiency in:

  • SAP Concur (expense management)
  • Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting Director-level or senior leadership
