Description
- 6–10 years of packaging engineering experience
- Direct medical device packaging background
- Experience designing and validating sterile barrier packaging systems
- Knowledge of ISO 11607 and ISO 13485
- Experience writing protocols, reports, technical rationales, and justifications
- Experience with OQ/PQ, design verification, performance qualification, and distribution testing
- Familiarity with ASTM/ISTA packaging test methods
- Experience with change controls and risk assessments
- Ability to work independently with manufacturing sites and cross-functional teams
- Exposure to TOPS/CAPE or similar packaging/palletization tools
