Monday to Friday, 2nd shift hours from 2:00pm to 10:30pm
HS Diploma required
Forklift use not required, but pallet jack use is. Can be trained

BUSINESS CONTEXT:
One sentence business justification for this role:
- Support manufacturing production by performing manual and automated processing tasks to maintain production output and quality standards.
Success criteria for first 90 days (what success looks like):
- Successfully complete required safety and manufacturing training
- Demonstrate ability to follow SOPs and manufacturing records accurately
- Operate or assist with automated filling equipment with minimal supervision
- Maintain accurate documentation and training records
- Consistently meet production and quality expectations
TEAM & ENVIRONMENT:
- Team size: Approximately 11 operators per shift
- Reporting structure / key stakeholders: Reports to Production Supervisor; collaborates with Manufacturing Leads, Quality, and Materials teams
- Primary people this role works with: Production operators, lab technicians, manufacturing leads, and material handlers
SCHEDULE & EXPECTATIONS:
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday
- Shift start time: 2:00 PM
- Shift end time: 10:30 PM
- Overtime expected (Y/N): Y – based on production demand
- Weekend work expected (Y/N): Occasional as needed
- Travel required (Y/N, % if yes): N
PHYSICAL / SITE REQUIREMENTS:
Physical or safety requirements:
- Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching during production tasks
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to moving mechanical equipment and moderate noise
- Potential exposure to chemicals and blood in a laboratory manufacturing environment
- Dress code: Manufacturing/laboratory production attire
PPE required (if any):
- Safety shoes with impact and compression protection
- Gloves and other PPE as required in the lab/manufacturing environment
- Badging/access requirements: Facility badge required
- Parking or site notes: Standard employee parking available onsite
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Top 3 required skills (ranked):
- Ability to follow written procedures and manufacturing documentation
- Experience working in a production, lab, or manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail with measurement and verification tasks
Must have skills (hard stop if missing):
- High School Diploma
- Ability to work onsite on 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a manufacturing/lab environment
Nice to have or trainable skills:
- Experience using lab equipment (balances, pipettes, luminometers)
- Material handling experience
- Pallet jack operation (training can be provided)
Required certifications or training:
- None required prior to hire; safety and equipment training provided onsite.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.
- Weighs, measures, and verifies raw materials and parts.
- Perform manual manufacturing tasks.
- Assists in operating basic to fully automated filling equipment.
- Uses basic laboratory equipment: scales, balances, pipettes, luminometers, etc.
- Follow and foster a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate and complete training record.
- Understand and execute written procedures, manufacturing records, and logs.
- Housekeeping and cleaning of manufacturing laboratory/area.
- Assists with material handling, stocking of lab, and assigned daily lab responsibilities.
