Graphic Design Specialist
This role is ideal for a designer who brings exceptional visual design skills, a strong understanding of brand systems, and the confidence to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
We're seeking someone who can independently manage projects, influence creative decisions, and elevate every touchpoint of our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a guardian of the brand by ensuring all creative assets consistently align with established brand standards and design guidelines.
- Design compelling visual communications across print, digital, and environmental mediums, including brochures, customer-facing collateral, event materials, advertising, presentations, social media assets, email graphics, internal communications, promotional merchandise (swag), signage, and other marketing materials.
- Translate business objectives and creative briefs into polished, strategic design solutions that balance brand consistency with fresh, engaging creative.
- Partner closely with marketing, communications, business units, external vendors, and other cross-functional stakeholders to understand project goals, provide creative guidance, and influence design decisions.
- Present creative concepts and design rationale to stakeholders, clearly communicating strategic thinking while incorporating feedback thoughtfully and effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand by identifying opportunities to refine templates, improve design systems, and enhance the overall visual experience.
- Prepare production-ready files and collaborate with print vendors, digital teams, and other creative partners to ensure high-quality execution across all deliverables.
- Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices while exercising sound judgment about when and how to incorporate them within the brand.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, polished execution, and a diverse range of design work across print and digital channels.
- A sophisticated understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience working within established brand guidelines while finding opportunities to thoughtfully elevate and evolve creative solutions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently explain design decisions and build trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing creative outcomes through partnership rather than authority.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work independently with minimal direction.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
- Experience with Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
Experience Levels:
- Advanced: Full knowledge of related concepts.
- Typically has at least 4 years of experience performing this specific job function and requires minimal managerial oversight/direction.
