Work Schedule

Monday through Friday. 7.5-hour workday with with a hybrid schedule of a minimum of 3 days on-site, up to including fully on-site depending on department requirements.

Project Overview

  • Provide support services to the mailroom and maintenance departments of the company headquarters.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the mailroom Support Services Lead
  • Receive, sort and distribute internal and external mail
  • Manage outbound mail and packages requests
  • Operate various pieces of mailroom equipment or machines
  • Provide backup and cross-functional work for members of the mailroom team
  • Provide messenger services by making hand deliveries and pick-ups for executives or external parties, including Post Office, Bank Deposits and Bill Deliveries.
  • Provide support to the building maintenance Supervisor
  • Assist with management of stored materials including furniture
  • Support internal relocation of staff members
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of event furniture and equipment
  • Support emergent work

Skills

  • Ability to take direction and collaborate with other team members
  • Ability to deliver a high level of Customer Service within desired schedules
  • Good communication skills
  • General knowledge of mailroom operations and equipment/machines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and ability to learn the use of new software

Education & Certifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Two years of experience in Support Services - mailroom or maintenance
  • Experience with Customer Service
  • Physical Requirements - Ability to lift 30 lbs
